LBS Top Coat Primer

LBS Top Coat Primer is a universal pigmentable primer specially formulated for providing high coverage and excellent levelling on building exteriors.

Not suitable for application on fresh or particularly alkaline supports, please ensure a minimum carbonation period of at least four weeks. Critical supports should be given a dedicated suitability assessment before use. Please ensure the application support is dry and well seasoned, clean, consistent and free from dust and oily substances with no humidity or salts.

Mix the product with a clean, rust-free electric drill prior to application. A small amount of clean water may be added to the mix (no more than 10%). Then apply one coat with brush or roller to ensure the uniform absorption of the substrate, and if tinted to match the finish coating.
