LBS Monoscratch 300 - Monocouche Render 25kg Pallet x40 Bags

LBS Monoscratch 300 Monocouche Render is a premium cement-based, through-coloured scratch render designed for durability, breathability, and water resistance. Ideal for both commercial and residential projects, it can be applied to various substrates, including concrete, clay, block, and brick.

This thick-coat render is applied in two layers and features a blend of high-quality Portland cement, hydrated lime, polymers, and modifying admixtures. This formulation ensures strong adhesion, flexibility, and a crack-resistant finish with a natural stone-like appearance.

Key Features:

  • Durable & Low Maintenance: Offers a long-lasting decorative finish with minimal upkeep.
  • Versatile Application: Suitable for a range of surfaces and project types.
  • High Performance: Resistant to cracking and designed for excellent adhesion.

Preparation & Mixing:

Before application, ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from debris. Use LBS Substrate Primer to prepare the surface.

To mix:

Combine a 25kg bag of LBS Monoscratch 300 with 4.5 - 5 litres of clean water.
Mix thoroughly for 2 minutes, let it stand for 5 minutes, and then remix.
